These Terms of Use apply to your use of loganlandworks.com (the "Site"), which is owned and operated by Logan LandWorks (the "Company"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

What's on the Site

The Site describes the forestry-mulching, land-clearing, dirt-work, and stump-grinding services we offer in Northwest Georgia and the Chattanooga, Tennessee metro area. The descriptions, photos, and timelines on the Site are representative of past work — every project is unique, and a binding scope and price requires a written estimate from us based on a site visit or detailed conversation.

What's not on the Site

The Site is not a contract for services. The contract is whatever is signed (digital or paper) when you accept an estimate.
Nothing on the Site is professional advice. We can describe what we'd typically do on a property like yours, but the actual approach depends on the specific site conditions.
Photos labeled as past project work are real — they're not stock photography. Where photos illustrate a concept rather than a Logan LandWorks job, we will say so.

Acceptable use

You may read, browse, and share links to the Site freely.
You may not copy substantial portions of the Site's content or photos for commercial purposes without our written permission.
You may not use the Site to harm us, the Site, or other visitors (e.g., scraping, security probing, automated abuse of the contact form).
